Mix eggs and sugar beat until the mass becomes white and creamy.

Add vanilla and pistacho essence- 3
Mix flower,baking powder and salt- 4
Add to the egg mass and mix.- 5
Mix in the berries and nuts (do not use your mixer)- 6
Flower your workspace. Make 2 rolls. The dough is very sticky and hard to handle.- 7
Bake the rolls in a preheated oven 170°C (25 - 30 min)- 8
Take them out of the oven and let them cool for at least 15 min- 9
Cut the rolls on an angle in 1.5 cm pieces. Use a bread knie (I use my bread cutting machine it makes even pieces)- 10
Bake the cookies cutting side up. For 7 min in a 160°C oven on each side. You need 2 baking plates. Or like me do it in 2 batches- 11
Let them cool down- 12
Put them in an airtide container. They keep for at least a month. But you eat them sooner.- 13
