Rinse and drain the chicken livers. Pat dry with paper towel.

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add half of the diced onion and the chicken livers. Cook for about 10 minutes until the liver is done, stir in the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.- 3
Place the skillet mixture into a food processor with a chopping blade. Add the remaining ¼ cup of raw onion, Miracle Whip, and hard boiled eggs. Process to your desired smoothness. Add salt & pepper to taste.- 4
