Wash and peel the daikon.Cut into round shape and slit a cross cut on one side.

Put in a pot,the one with slit facing down.In a bowl mix miso paste,sesame oil and sugar.Mix well until miso paste dissolved.- 3
Then pour in the pot.Add water until the daikon submerged.Boil it until daikon are soft.- 4
Transfer in a plate then place celery on top.Serve - 2
